Someone who is reliable, multitasker, and can keep confidential information.
The position can either be a part time or full time.
Full time will be eligible for benefits after 90 days.
Position starts at 5:
30 am Some of the Duties include:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, check in patients and manage the front desk - Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns - Assist with office management tasks such as maintaining patient records and organizing files - Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, Accounts payable, Payroll, dealing with all vendors.
- Utilize computerized systems and software (e.

, Oracle, Envi, GMed) to manage office tasks Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a Medical office or similar healthcare setting is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff - Proficient in computer skills, including typing and using office software - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Attention to detail and accuracy in performing clerical duties - Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information - Professional demeanor and appearance Note:
