Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to casino guests - Perform accurate and efficient cash and non-cash transactions using a cash register or bank - Process guest transactions, including cashing checks, exchanging currency, and redeeming chips - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and balance cash drawer at the end of each shift - Follow established procedures for handling and securing cash and other financial assets - Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about casino promotions and events - Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding responsible gaming and customer privacy
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Previous experience in cash handling or retail environment preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding guest services - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary gaming licenses Skills:
