Quick Apply Full-time 2 hours ago Full Job Description As a valued member of our team, this role will primarily facilitate the intake referral process through coordination of care with the interdisciplinary team(s) and the referral source(s).
Schedule patient visits and appointments Verifiy medical insurance coverage and benefits Answer phone and email inquiries Perform clericial support and office functions such as ad hoc reporting, data entry, mail distribution and visitor reception.
Coordinates patient changes with providers and patients Identify patient services required on the care plan, requests and other important documentation.
Qualifications:
High School graduate or GED Minimum 2 years' prior intake and/or medical office administration experience Home health industry experience is highly preferred Familiarity with Wellsky is a plus Strong, basic computer skills including MS Office Customer service mentality Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment Bi-lingual Spanish a plus Job Type:
