Embrace a patient first philosophy Exhibit excellent communication skills Be able to work efficiently under pressure Have experience in medical scheduling (OVs, OP Surgery Procedures, Radiology, and understanding of the various types of patient insurance on the scheduling process) We have 17 providers and are able to offer excellent benefits including health insurance, 401k/profit sharing, liberal paid time off and other benefits.
Pay is commensurate with experience.
This position is located in our main Ocala office.
The hours are 8-5, Monday through Friday.
A background check must be passed to be offered this position.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
